What Are DSCR Loans?

DSCR loans have transformed real estate investing by removing the biggest barrier to scaling: personal income requirements. Instead of proving you can afford the mortgage with your W-2 or tax returns, the lender evaluates whether the property itself generates enough rental income to cover the debt payment.
